Larger prizes must be claimed at the Mississippi Lottery Headquarters located at 1080 River Oaks Drive, Bldg. B-100, Flowood, MS, 39232. The deadline for claiming a winning ticket prize in the Mississippi Lottery is 90 days from the day the game ends for scratch-off tickets, and 180 days from the date of the drawing for the large, multi-state lottery games.

The Mississippi Lottery Corporation was established by the Alyce G. Clarke Mississippi Lottery Law, passed by the Mississippi State Legislature in 2018. The Mississippi Lottery is set up to benefit both infrastructure and education in Mississippi.
The first $80 million generated by the Mississippi Lottery each year will go into the State Highway Fund. The State Highway Fund repairs, renovates and maintains our highways and bridges. Anything over $80 million in a fiscal year will go to the Mississippi Education Enhancement Fund.
